Dallas has over 2 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Dallas currently works for Rock Ridge Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2015.
Danny Grizzelle - Firefighter/Paramedic
Danny has over 14 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. David currently works for Tuscaloosa Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2014. Danny previously worked for Fairfield Fire.
Deputy Chief Vic Walker - Public Information Officer / Board of Directors
Vic is a Firefighter/EMT with over 30 years experience. Worked for McAdory Fire #3 and Rock Mountain Lakes Fire. Served as Chief of Rock Mountain Lakes for 10 years and was the first McCalla Fire District Chief.
Lieutenant Scotty Burke - Firefighter/Paramedic
Scotty has over 30 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Scotty is retired from Alabaster Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2014.
Charles Roe - Firefighter/Paramedic
Charles has over 30 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Charles retired as a Captain from Fairfield Fire and currently works for Concord Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2015.
Chief - David Jayne
David is a retired Birmingham Firefighter/Paramedic with over 30 years experience. David served as a former chief of Rock Mountain Lakes Fire.
Kevin Stanley - Firefighter/Paramedic
Kevin has over 15 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Kevin currently works for Bessemer Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2014.
McCalla Fire is a fully staffed fire department, consisting of full-time paid Fire/Paramedics and volunteers. We are governed by a Board of Directors, made up of 5 individuals. Captain David Everson - Firefighter/Paramedic
David has over 30 years experience as a Firefighter/Paramedic. David currently works for Homewood Fire Department and began working with McCalla Fire in 2011.
District Administrator - Jeff Obert
Jeff is a Firefighter with over 35 years experience. Worked for Rock Mountain Lakes Fire. Served as our primary dispatcher until E-911 began dispatching. Jeff handles all of our billing an administrative task for the department.
